Holiday Chalet Renovations - Ebor
Extensive interior and exterior renovations of holiday accommodation units at Banksia Point in New England National Park ("The Chalet" and "The Residence") for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. Client brief was to improve the poor thermal comfort of the existing 1960s concrete block structures, as well as to upgrade the interior and exterior aesthetic qualities of the buildings and improve views from inside.
The remote, high altitude location and ecologically sensitive nature of the site required specific design strategies and product specifications.
