New fibre cement cladding and Colorbond roof sheeting, local hardwood timber ceiling lining, galvanised finish steel roof and verandah framing, local hardwood floors and decking, swimming pool and extensive landscaping.
Minimal heating and cooling required, rainwater harvesting for self-sufficient water supply, onsite wastewater dispersal, water wise landscaping, large solar PV system.
