Emerald Beach Renovation
Renovation of existing 1980s house in Emerald Beach NSW, to the north of Coffs Harbour. Minimal changes to the interiors and front elevation have resulted in much improved liveability, aesthetics, comfort and natural light on a modest construction budget. Connection between outdoor living and interior living spaces has also been made much more functional.
Design aims to have a sense of place appropriate to the location and climate, with the form also being defined by the existing vegetation on the site.
