New double storey passive solar designed house in remote area near Coffs Harbour, with heavy bushfire restrictions and on steep sloping site. Design aims to minimise construction costs and heating requirements whilst optimising expansive views over valley and dam to south.

Minimal heating and no cooling required, 5.5kW stand alone solar system, solar hot water system, self-sufficient rainwater storage, water wise landscaping.
