Design for two new dwellings on spectacular steeply sloped property located high in the hills above Korora. Optimises views to both ocean and mountains, and ensures appropriate solar access to all parts of the house as well as abundant natural ventilation.
Rammed earth, framed walls, Colorbond walls and roofing, polished concrete floors.
Minimal heating and cooling required, grid connect PV solar array, heat pump hot water system, rainwater harvesting, water wise landscaping, onsite wastewater treatment and dispersal.
